شركة ABTC Contracting Company - السعودية (Ambela Business and Technology Center for Contracting) تبحث عن مهندس أنظمة إدارة المباني (Building Management System Engineer) للعمل بشكل كامل وفي موقع العميل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. الشركة متخصصة في تقديم حلول مبتكرة في المقاولات والصيانة والأتمتة والتقنية، وتخدم القطاعات الحكومية والصناعية والتجارية ومديري المرافق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة مواصفات المشاريع وتطوير بنى أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS architectures).
- دمج أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والإضاءة والخدمات الأخرى في المبنى مع ضمان الأداء والسلامة وكفاءة الطاقة.
- المشاركة في تركيب الأنظمة وتشغيلها التجريبي (commissioning) وحل المشكلات (troubleshooting).
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والفنيين وممثلي العملاء لحل المشكلات التقنية وتحسين أداء الأنظمة.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية وإجراء اختبارات الأنظمة وتوفير التدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين.
- التنسيق مع فرق إدارة المرافق لدعم الصيانة الدورية والتحديثات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات مثبتة في إدارة المباني وخدمات المباني للمرافق المعقدة، بما في ذلك دمج الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة HVAC.
- خبرة عملية في أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وأنظمة الإدارة المرتبطة بها، بما في ذلك التهيئة والمراقبة وتحسين الأداء.
- معرفة بمبادئ إدارة المرافق (FM) والقدرة على التعاون مع فرق إدارة المرافق لدعم الصيانة الوقائية والاستمرارية التشغيلية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الميكاترونكس أو التحكم أو أي مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تقنيات الأتمتة والتحكم (مثل SCADA، PLCs، أجهزة القياس الميدانية) في بيئات المباني أو الصناعة.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية ومخططات التحكم واستخدام برامج التصميم والتهيئة ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتركيز على السلامة والجودة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية وخبرة سابقة في العمل في السعودية أو منطقة الخليج تعتبر ميزة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في موقع العميل (on-site) والسفر داخل المملكة عند الحاجة.

Role Description The Building Management System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining building management systems across commercial, industrial, and governmental facilities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, developing BMS architectures, integrating HVAC, lighting, and other building services, and ensuring system performance, safety, and energy efficiency. The engineer will participate in system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, working closely with project managers, technicians, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and optimize system operations. Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Building Management and Building Services for complex facilities, including integration of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems and related Management Systems, including configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) principles, with the ability to collaborate with FM teams to support preventive maintenance and operational continuity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with automation and control technologies (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, field instrumentation) in building or industrial environments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and control schematics, and use relevant design and configuration software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency and prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region are beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer facilities and travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
