Job Summary:

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be supporting the Commercial Department in contract administration, subcontract management, correspondence preparation and coordination with project stakeholders..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare contractual letters, notices, meeting minutes and commercial reports for senior review.
2. Support contracts, subcontracts, variations, claims, payment matters and commercial records..
3. Assist with subcontractor enquiries, quotation comparisons, commercial evaluations and negotiations..
4. Compile supporting documents for contractual and commercial submissions..
5. Escalate significant commercial or contractual matters for senior review.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline. Relevant professional training in contracts, FIDIC will be an advantage.

• Strong written and spoken English is required. Arabic language proficiency will be an advantage.
