Job Summary:

The Asnad Tech Finance Business Partner serves as the strategic link between Finance and the Asnad Tech organization. This role enables data driven decision making, ensures financial discipline across technology investments, and supports digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines financial expertise with strong understanding of IT operations, systems, and project management.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary financial advisor to Asnad Tech leadership team.
• Provide strategic insights on IT cost optimization, ROI, and digital investment priorities.
• Support Asnad Tech in building business cases for new technologies, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Track post-implementation financial benefits against approved business cases
• Translate technical initiatives into financial impacts aligned with company objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Asnad Tech function.
• Support Asnad Tech in developing proposals for targeted internal and/or external engagements with adequate costing and pricing models
• Develop cost models for Asnad Tech services, including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, and support.
• Analyze variances, trends, and cost drivers; present findings to both Finance and Asnad Tech stakeholders.
• Continued roll-out of Activity Based Costing across all and every service catalogue within Asnad Tech
• Create financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Asnad Tech function.
• Support Asnad Tech in developing proposals for targeted internal and/or external engagements with adequate costing and pricing models
• Develop cost models for Asnad Tech services, including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, and support.
• Analyze variances, trends, and cost drivers; present findings to both Finance and Asnad Tech stakeholders.
• Continued roll-out of Activity Based Costing across all and every service catalogue within Asnad Tech
• Create financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for savings through vendor rationalization and licenses and subscription costs analysis, cloud cost optimization, and service level improvements.
• Support Asnad Tech in negotiating contracts, SLAs, and licensing agreements by providing financial insights.
• Proactively recommend improvements to enhance cost transparency and accountability.
• Support cost allocation methodologies for shared Asnad Tech services across business units
• Support digital finance initiatives such as automation, system upgrades, ERP enhancements, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with Asnad Tech on data governance, financial systems performance, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for Asnad Tech expenses, software capitalization, and depreciation

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or Equivalent.
• ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA.
• Strategy, IT technical knowledge or background
