Job Objective

Coordinate and supervise field workforce operations, ensuring compliance with attendance, discipline, and productivity requirements, while supporting the efficiency of logistics operations and resolving daily operational challenges in a timely manner

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the movement of distribution and transportation vehicles between factories and branches
• Organize drivers’ schedules and daily routes
• Coordinate with warehouses and branches to ensure efficient supply and distribution
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, registration renewals, and insurance
• Prepare daily transportation and fleet movement reports
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies and regulations

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required
• Previous experience in transportation/fleet operations
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and work-under-pressure skills
• Good knowledge of all regions of the Kingdom and transportation and distribution routes
