تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عبر منصة The HSE Leader™ عن توفر وظيفة مفتش سلامة (Safety Inspector) متخصص في أعمال الطرق والطرق السريعة، في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يشرف مفتش السلامة على السلامة المهنية في مواقع البناء، ويضمن امتثال جميع الأنشطة لإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وخطط السلامة الخاصة بالمشروع والمتطلبات القانونية. يركز الدور على منع الحوادث والحفاظ على ظروف عمل آمنة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تفتيش يومي للصحة والسلامة والبيئة لمشاريع الطرق ومناطق العمل والمعدات.
- مراقبة تنفيذ تقييمات المخاطر وبيانات الطرق العملية ونظم تصاريح العمل.
- ضمان استخدام العمال لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المناسبة واتباع إجراءات السلامة.
- تحديد المخاطر والممارسات غير الآمنة، وإصدار الإجراءات التصحيحية ومتابعتها.
- التحقق من الامتثال لإجراءات إدارة حركة المرور وحركة المركبات والآلات الآمنة.
- إجراء جلسات التوعية السلامة (Toolbox Talks) وحلقات التوعية.
- المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات السلامة والتقارير اليومية ووثائق المراجعة.
- دعم خطط الاستعداد للطوارئ والتدريبات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة أو السلامة المهنية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مشاريع الطرق أو البنية التحتية.
- شهادات مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو OSHA (يفضل الحصول عليها).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في تحديد المخاطر وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وصفات قيادة في مجال السلامة.

Job Description
The Safety Inspector oversees occupational safety at construction sites, ensuring all activities comply with HSE guidelines, project safety plans, and legal requirements. The role focuses on preventing incidents and maintaining safe working conditions.
Your role
- Conduct daily HSE inspections of road projects, work zones, and equipment.
- Monitor implementation of risk assessments, method statements, and permit‑to‑work systems.
- Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Identify hazards and unsafe practices; issue corrective actions and follow up.
- Verify compliance with traffic management measures and safe movement of vehicles/machinery.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Participate in incident/near‑miss investigations.
- Maintain safety logs, daily reports, and audit documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness and drills.
- Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Safety.
- 3-7 years HSE experience in road or infrastructure projects.
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA preferred.
- Strong hazard identification and reporting skills.
- Good communication and safety leadership qualities.
