نبذة عن الوظيفة
المشرف (مكافحة الآفات) في Rentokil Boecker® مسؤول عن الإشراف على العمليات الميدانية اليومية وقيادة فريق من الفنيين لضمان تقديم خدمات إدارة الآفات بأمان وكفاءة وجودة عالية. تشمل المهام مراقبة أداء الخدمة، ودعم تطوير الفريق، وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة والصحة والسلامة والجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية، وتعزيز التميز التشغيلي مع الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وتعليمات العمل ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة وإدارة الجودة واللوائح القانونية المعمول بها.
- ضمان إكمال جميع خدمات مكافحة الآفات بأمان وفعالية وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة ومتطلبات العملاء.
- تعزيز ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة والقيادة بالقدوة في الحفاظ على ممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- ضمان الامتثال لقواعد موقع العميل ومتطلبات المقاولين وأنظمة تصاريح العمل عند الاقتضاء.
- التحقق من استخدام الفنيين لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المطلوبة بشكل صحيح والحفاظ عليها في حالة جيدة.
- الإشراف على التعامل الآمن مع المبيدات والمواد ذات الصلة ونقلها وتخزينها والتخلص منها وفقًا للوائح المعمول بها.
- الإشراف على تطبيق المبيدات ومبيدات القوارض والمبيدات الحشرية والتدابير غير الكيميائية وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة وتعليمات ملصق المنتج.
- ضمان اتباع ممارسات العمل الآمنة عند العمل على ارتفاعات أو في الأماكن المغلقة أو في البيئات الصناعية التشغيلية عند الاقتضاء.
- مراجعة والتحقق من تقييمات المخاطر وبيانات الطريقة وتصاريح العمل ومتطلبات السلامة قبل بدء العمل.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش ميدانية للسلامة وملاحظات السلامة السلوكية لتعزيز الامتثال والتحسين المستمر.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة والظروف غير الآمنة ومخاوف السلامة، وضمان الإبلاغ الفوري والمتابعة مع المدير المباشر.
- المشاركة في وتعزيز جميع جلسات التدريب المطلوبة على الصحة والسلامة.
- الامتثال وتعزيز لوائح السلامة المرورية للشركة والقانونية.
- الإشراف على صيانة وجاهزية مركبات الشركة ومعدات التطبيق والأدوات، وضمان الإبلاغ عن المعدات المعطوبة ومعالجتها فورًا.
- مراجعة والتحقق من دقة واكتمال سجلات التفتيش ووثائق الخدمة والسجلات التشغيلية الأخرى المطلوبة.
- مراقبة أنشطة التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية وتخزينها ونقلها والتخلص منها لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تعليم ثانوي عام كحد أدنى، وحتى شهادة جامعية في أي تخصص (توفر الشركة التدريب).
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في التعامل مع الفرق وقيادتها في شركة مكافحة آفات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة إشرافية.
- إتمام دورة التدريب التعريفي للصحة والسلامة بنجاح.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (تنطبق على الموظفين المكلفين بمهام القيادة).

The Supervisor (Pest Control) at Rentokil Boecker®is responsible for overseeing daily field operations and leading a team of Technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of pest management services. The role monitors service performance, supports team development, ensures compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, and promotes operational excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, Health & Safety (H&S), quality management requirements, and applicable legal regulations.
- Ensure all pest control services are completed safely, effectively, and in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and lead by example in maintaining safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with customer site rules, contractor requirements, and permit-to-work systems, where applicable.
- Verify that technicians use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly and maintain it in good condition.
- Oversee the safe handling, transportation, storage, and disposal of pesticides and related materials in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise the application of pesticides, rodenticides, fumigants, and non-chemical control measures in line with approved procedures and product label instructions.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed when working at heights, in confined spaces, or within operational industrial environments, where applicable.
- Review and verify risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and safety requirements before work begins.
- Conduct field safety inspections and behavioral safety observations to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and safety concerns, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up with the Line Manager.
- Participate in and promote all required Health & Safety training sessions.
- Comply with and promote the company's and legal driving safety regulations.

- Review and verify the accuracy and completion of inspection records, service documentation,
- Monitor chemical handling, storage, transportation, and disposal activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum high school education, up to a college degree in any field (company provides training).
- 3-5 years of experience in handling and leading teams, in a pest control company.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Successful completion of the H&S Onboarding Training Course.
- Valid driving license (applicable to employees assigned driving duties).
