Warehouse Manager - Saudis only

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless product availability across boutiques, retailers, and corporate functions. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for optimizing warehouse operations, maintaining inventory integrity, managing third-party logistics providers, and supporting business growth through effective operational execution.

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Ensure efficient material flow and warehouse utilization.
• Maintain operational readiness and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and implement improvement initiatives in accordance to SG best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of warehouse transactions.

2. Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of inventory transactions in SAP 4HANA.
• Monitor stock movements, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations in accordance to local finance and SG standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits in accordance with local controlling and SG standards.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Safeguard company inventory and assets.

3. Distribution & Retail Replenishment

• Ensure timely fulfilment on time according to the local sales orders managed by local brands.
• Monitor sales order fulfilment performance and service levels.
• Coordinate product distribution activities with internal stakeholders upon sales orders.
• Support new boutique openings and expansion projects with appropriate delivery services and expected delivery time upon local brands requests.

4. SAP Governance

• Act as the key warehouse owner for SAP 4HANA processes.
• Ensure system data accuracy and process compliance.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Train warehouse teams on SAP 4HANA procedures and best practices.
• Monitor system utilization and identify efficiency opportunities.

5. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor transportation performance and service agreements.
• Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Evaluate logistics performance and recommend improvements.
• Support cost optimization initiatives.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members and supervisors.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and development discussions.
• Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation.

7. Compliance, Risk & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure secure storage and handling of inventory.
• Support internal and external audits.

8. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and present warehouse performance reports.
• Analyze operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead warehouse efficiency and productivity initiatives.
• Support strategic supply chain projects.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Authority & Decision Making:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and resource allocation.
• Approve warehouse operational priorities upon sales demand (sales orders).
• Recommend inventory adjustments and corrective actions in collaboration with local controlling and SG standards.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Escalate strategic warehouse matters to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Operational Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, warehouse SOPs and logistics leadership.
• Experience within B2B & B2C valuable product accessories distribution.
• Strong SAP 4Hana system knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft environment knowledge (especially excel).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
