Role Description This is a full-time, on-site JCB Operator role based in Riyadh. The JCB Operator is responsible for operating JCB machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, and material handling activities on facility management and construction-related sites. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment before use, performing basic maintenance checks, following site plans and instructions from supervisors, and adhering to all safety and operational procedures. The role involves coordinating with site teams, assisting with ground preparation and waste removal, and ensuring work areas are kept orderly and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate JCB and similar heavy equipment safely and efficiently, with knowledge of excavation, loading, and earthmoving techniques.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices, hazard awareness, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine equipment inspections, identify issues, and support preventive maintenance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other crew members.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, site layouts, and operational guidelines with attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a JCB Operator or heavy equipment operator in construction or facility management environments.
• Valid and current operator license or certification for JCB/heavy equipment, in line with local regulatory requirements.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts, as required by project schedules.
