1. Technical Design

• Design and architect software systems to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on solution design, system structure, and implementation approach.
• Conduct research to identify technologies and methodologies that can benefit clients and improve solution delivery.

2. Technical Problem Solving

• Solve complex technical challenges and design solutions to resolve critical issues in software development.
• Analyze technical issues and propose practical recommendations that support software quality and delivery objectives.
• Optimize software systems and ensure they meet expected performance, security, and reliability standards.

3. Software Solution Delivery

• Contribute to the execution of software solutions by supporting planning, delivery coordination, and quality assurance activities.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure technical deliverables are completed according to defined scope and requirements.
• Support the alignment of technical outputs with client needs, business objectives, and project expectations.

4. Product and Technical Planning

• Support product planning activities by providing technical input on solution feasibility, delivery approach, and resource requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and proposals to outline solution plans and recommendations.
• Support estimation activities related to technical effort, delivery scope, and solution requirements.

5. Product Financial and Value Analysis

• Analyze product-related financial inputs, including cost estimation, budget considerations, and profitability analysis.
• Provide technical perspectives that support business case development and product decision-making.
• Support the assessment of solution value and expected benefits in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

6. Quality and Compliance Verification

• Ensure best practices are applied in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Verify that software solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards through testing and validation.
• Identify quality gaps and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.

7. Stakeholder and Client Support

• Provide technical input and guidance to internal teams and clients as required to support solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve technical concerns, and support client satisfaction.
• Communicate technical recommendations clearly to support alignment and decision-making.

8. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing

• Identify opportunities to improve tools, methods, and practices used in software design and delivery.
• Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with team members to support capability development.
• Maintain awareness of relevant technology trends and apply them where they add value to business and client needs.

9. Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

10. Information Security

• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional
qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software development, technical solution design, or related technology domains.
