GFinders تبحث عن مستشار تطوير قنوات (Channel Development Consultant) للعمل في الرياض أو الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، بعقد استشاري مستقل يُجدد سنوياً، مع إمكانية العمل عن بُعد لصالح إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في صناعة لب الورق والمنتجات الورقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن متخصص ديناميكي وتحليلي في تطوير القنوات لتوسيع حضورنا في السوق. ستتاح لك فرصة فريدة للعمل عن بُعد مع إحدى أكثر الشركات تكاملاً في صناعة لب الورق والمنتجات الورقية، والتي تُعرف عالمياً بأنها المزوّد الرائد لأوراق النسخ عالية الجودة في 130 دولة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد ورسم خرائط وتقييم جميع قنوات البيع المحتملة (مثل مراكز النسخ، محلات القرطاسية، التجارة الحديثة، القطاع الحكومي) داخل المنطقة المخصصة، مع فهم حصتها السوقية.
- استهداف وتقييم فرص العملاء الجدد، وتطوير قائمة شاملة بالشركات المحتملة.
- التعاون مع فريق المكتب الرئيسي لوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات القنوات وخطط العمل لتنمية علامة Double A ومنتجاتها، بما يشمل تطوير وتنفيذ عروض ترويجية خاصة بكل قناة.
- الالتزام بجدول زيارات منظم لجميع القنوات، وبناء علاقات قوية وتوسيع شبكة الأعمال.
- الحفاظ على ملفات تعريف شهرية دقيقة ومحدثة للشركات في كل قناة.
- العمل عن كثب مع الموزعين لتطوير وتنفيذ أنشطة ترويجية فعّالة.
- البحث بنشاط عن فرص جديدة لتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية Double A ووجودها في القنوات الرئيسية.
- مراقبة أسعار السوق عبر جميع القنوات والمناطق.
- تنفيذ البرامج التسويقية مع الشركاء التجاريين، وتحليل النتائج وضمان التوثيق السليم.
- تتبع التقارير عن أنشطة المنافسين، بما في ذلك الأسعار والتوزيع والعروض الترويجية واستراتيجيات التواصل.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة لتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في توظيف الموزعين وإدارتهم، ومبيعات B2B، والتعامل مع قنوات مثل التجارة التقليدية والتجارة الحديثة وغيرها.
- الإقامة في مدينة الرياض أو الدمام.
- الجنسية السعودية أو متحدث أصلي للغة العربية، مع القدرة على تأشيرة الكفالة الذاتية.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تطوير القنوات أو المبيعات أو إدارة التوزيع ضمن قطاع FMCG أو المكاتب أو معدات القرطاسية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- العمر بين 25 و30 سنة.

While this independent consulting contract will be renewed annually, you have a unique opportunity to work remotely for one of the most advanced fully integrated pulp and paper manufacturers in the world, internationally recognized as the leading premium quality copy paper provider in 130 countries.

Candidates must have solid experience in distributor recruitment and management, B2B sales, experience with channels like traditional trade, modern trade etc. Candidate should be based in Riyadh and Saudi nationals or native Arabic speakers and able to sponsor their visa. 5-7 years of experience in FMCG. Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Channel/Sales Development or Distribution Management within the FMCG, Office or Stationary equipment sector. Excellent English communication skills. Age: 25-30 years.

What You Will Own
- Identify, map, and assess all potential sales channels (e.g., copy centers, stationery shops, modern trade, government) within your assigned territory, understanding their market share.
- Target and evaluate new customer opportunities, developing a comprehensive list of prospective companies.
- Collaborate with our Head Office Team to formulate and execute channel strategies and action plans to grow the Double A brand and its products. This includes developing and implementing channel-specific promotions for stationery shops, Double A and non-Double A copy centers, corporate resellers, redistribution dealers, modern trade, and tender businesses.
- Adhere to a structured visit schedule for all channels, building strong relationships and expanding your business network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date monthly channel company profiles.
- Work closely with distributors to develop and implement effective promotional activities.
- Proactively seek new opportunities to enhance Double A’s brand awareness and placement in key channels.
- Monitor market trade prices across all channels and regions.
- Implement marketing programs with trade partners, analyzing results and ensuring proper documentation.
- Track and report on competitor activities, including pricing, distribution, promotions, and communication strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
