تعلن شركة Tagaddod عن توفر وظيفة Lab Chemist (كيميائي مختبر) في ينبع، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مفتش جودة مسؤول للتحقق من جودة جميع المواد والمنتجات الواردة والصادرة. ستعمل كمدافع قوي عن الجودة في أعمالنا. المرشح المثالي يتمتع بعين مدربة على التفاصيل ويكون موثوقاً وملتزماً. المعرفة العميقة بمعايير الجودة ضرورية. الهدف هو ضمان أن منتجاتنا تُصنع وفقاً للمعايير المتفق عليها وبمعدات تعمل بكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- البحث والتطوير في طرق الاختبار
- الموافقة على المواد الخام أو رفضها وفقاً لمعايير الجودة وتسجيل أداء الموردين
- انتقاء عينات المنتجات النهائية وفحصها باستخدام الطرق المناسبة (قياس الأبعاد، اختبار الوظائف، المقارنة بالمواصفات إلخ.)
- الحفاظ على سجلات الاختبار والمعلومات والمقاييس المختلفة مثل عدد المنتجات المعيبة يومياً
- فحص إجراءات دورة الإنتاج بالكامل لضمان كفاءتها وامتثالها لمعايير السلامة
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير إلى مدير الجودة
- إجراء اختبارات الجودة على المواد الأولية الواردة
- إجراء اختبارات الجودة على المنتجات قيد التصنيع
- إجراء اختبارات الجودة على المنتجات النهائية
- أداء أي مهام أخرى مكلف بها تتعلق بعمليات المختبر ودقة الاختبار وضبط الجودة
- إجراء اختبارات تحليلية باستخدام طرق مختلفة متعلقة بـ (الزيوت والدهون)
- إجراء معايرة وفحص الكواشف المستخدمة في الاختبار
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة Associate (مشارك) في مجال علمي
- خبرة مثبتة كمفتش جودة أو في دور مشابه لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين
- عين حادة للتفاصيل ومنهج يركز على النتائج
- مسؤول وجدير بالثقة
- الإلمام بآلات وأنظمة اختبار الجودة
- معرفة شاملة بمعايير مراقبة الجودة ومنهجيات الاختبار
- معرفة عملية بـ MS Office

We are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made up to the agreed standards with well-functioning equipment.
Responsibilities
For this role, we require an Associates degree in a science-related field.
Responsibilities
- Research and advance methods for testing
- Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
- Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.)
- Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
- Perform quality testing on incoming feedstocks
- Perform quality testing on in-process products
- Perform quality testing on final products
- Perform another duty as assigned related to laboratory operations, testing accuracy and precision incompliance with quality assurance
- Perform analytical testing using different methods related to (oil and fats)
- Perform calibration and checking of reagent used in testing
For this role, we require an Associates degree in a science-related field.
- Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role for a minimum of 2 years
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of MS Office
