We’re Hiring: System Administrator

Location: Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-time

The Bridge Recruitment LLC is supporting an established organization in recruiting an experienced System Administrator to maintain, support and optimize its enterprise IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will help ensure the security, performance, reliability and availability of critical systems while providing responsive technical support across multiple company locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise systems

• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy and identity services

• Administer Microsoft 365, including email and user management

• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix or Hyper-V

• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability

• Troubleshoot servers, operating systems, applications, hardware and software

• Manage Data Loss Prevention solutions and security controls

• Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation

• Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery and data-protection operations

• Respond to incidents and urgent technical issues

• Provide end-user support across different company locations

• Work with network and security teams to maintain infrastructure stability

• Maintain accurate system configurations, procedures and operational documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

• At least five years of hands-on system administration and IT infrastructure experience

• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments

• Experience with DLP solutions

• Knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster-recovery solutions

• Experience with virtualization technologies

• Experience using IT service-management platforms

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and incident-management abilities

• At least one relevant professional certification in IT infrastructure, system administration or information security

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure

Additional advantages:

• Linux administration experience

• Knowledge of network security and infrastructure monitoring

• Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, ITIL, CompTIA or equivalent certifications

The position may require travel between company sites within the city and to other locations. Candidates must also be available to respond to urgent operational issues when necessary.
