Job Summary:
Niceone is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Jeddah team. The ideal candidate will generate new business, nurture customer relationships, execute sales activities in alignment with company objectives, and contribute to achieving regional revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to represent Niceone professionally across retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts. Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, timely order fulfillment, and high levels of satisfaction.
- Territory Coverage: Plan and manage daily routes and visits within Jeddah to maximize market coverage, maintain product availability, and execute merchandising plans.
- Merchandising & Displays: Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished according to brand standards and promotional plans.
- Reporting & Documentation: Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status. Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM or sales systems as required.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and communicate insights to the sales manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and successful execution of promotions.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and escalations professionally and promptly, fostering long-term trust and positive brand perception.
Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience preferred, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution. Fresh graduates with strong commercial aptitude may be considered.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals and manage objections.
- Organization: Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, CRM systems, and MS Office for reporting and communication.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Jeddah and work flexible hours as required. Valid driver’s license is preferred.
