🚀 We're Hiring | Outside Sales Representative

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Are you passionate about meeting clients, understanding their needs, and turning site assessments into accurate, competitive pricing?

At Clean Life, we're looking for a Pricing Officer to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll conduct on-site inspections, assess customer requirements, prepare professional quotations, and collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to deliver the best service solutions while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements and service locations.
• Evaluate property size, service scope, number of rooms, facilities, and cleanliness conditions.
• Determine the required workforce, equipment, and estimated service duration.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in line with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
• Present service proposals and explain pricing to customers professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure service feasibility and pricing accuracy.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales process until deal closure.
• Maintain accurate customer and quotation records in the CRM system.
• Monitor quotation performance and analyze reasons for lost opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitors' pricing to recommend pricing improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on site visits, quotations, conversion rates, and pricing performance.
• Contribute to improving pricing processes, templates, and operational efficiency.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Pricing, Field Sales, Estimation, or Quotation Preparation.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management, Home Services, Cleaning Services, or a related service industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site visits and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel for customer visits.
