في شركة Nielsen، نبحث عن متخصص دعم تقني (IT Support Specialist II) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق دولي ديناميكي ملتزم بتقديم خدمات بنية تحتية متميزة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتضمن هذه الوظيفة تقديم خدمات البنية التحتية في مكاتب Nielsen في السعودية ومجلس التعاون الخليجي، مع التفاعل اليومي مع المستخدمين والفرق الإقليمية والعالمية لضمان تنفيذ معايير البنية التحتية العالمية. كما تتيح الفرصة للتوسع لاحقاً لدعم دول أخرى عن بُعد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تثبيت، إلغاء تثبيت، تكوين، استكشاف الأخطاء، ترقية، تصحيح، وصيانة أنظمة التشغيل والبرامج الخارجية.
- التنسيق مع فرق البنية التحتية العالمية لتثبيت الصور العالمية.
- إدارة عملية المشتريات وإنشاء أوامر الشراء.
- مساعدة المستخدمين في استخدام منتجات Google Workspace.
- الحفاظ على سجل دقيق للأجهزة.
- إعداد وإعادة تثبيت وتصوير أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة والمكتبية وفقاً لدورات التحديث المخطط لها ونمو الشركة.
- تسجيل وإدارة طلبات الخدمة باستخدام ServiceNow.
- التنسيق مع البائعين الخارجيين.
- الالتزام بسياسات Nielsen لأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة والمكتبية.
- الحفاظ على سجل كامل لتوزيع الأجهزة المحمولة.
- المساعدة في استكشاف مشكلات الأجهزة المحمولة والطابعات.
- إعداد تقارير عن الأجهزة والبرامج بناءً على طلب فريق البنية التحتية.
- الالتزام الصارم بمواعيد حل التذاكر حسب اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
- تثبيت الخوادم والتخزين وأجهزة الشبكة وفقاً للتعليمات الفنية.
- مراقبة بيئة النسخ الاحتياطي عن كثب للحفاظ على معدلات نجاح عالية.
- تقديم دعم بنية تحتية عالي الجودة للمستخدمين المحليين بالتعاون مع الزملاء الإقليميين والعالميين.
- الحفاظ على المرونة التشغيلية للتكيف مع احتياجات الدعم التقني المتغيرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور دعم تقني مماثل.
- إتقان كامل للغة الإنجليزية والعربية (شفهياً وكتابياً) لتوصيل التعليمات الفنية.
- الإقامة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- المرونة للسفر حسب احتياجات العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أنظمة تشغيل Microsoft.
- معرفة قوية بمنتجات Google Workspace.
- فهم جيد لأنظمة تشغيل Linux.
- فهم أساسي لمفاهيم الشبكات.
- فهم أساسي لمفاهيم التخزين.
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع المستخدمين على جميع المستويات التقنية.

About The Job
The Infrastructure service delivery role on the Nielsen Media Saudi Arabia and GCC Offices, interacting with users and regional/global teams to be able to deliver infrastructure service. Implement and follow Global infrastructure standards and rules.
Responsibilities
- Install, uninstall, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, and maintain operating systems and third-party software.
- Coordinate with global infrastructure teams on global image installations.
- Manage the procurement process and create purchase orders.
- Assist users with Google Workspace products.
- Maintain an accurate hardware inventory.
- Set up, reinstall, and image laptops and desktops based on planned refresh cycles and company growth plans.
- Log and manage service requests using ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Adhere to Nielsen policies for laptops and desktops.
- Maintain a complete inventory of mobile device distributions.
- Assist with and troubleshoot mobile device issues.
- Assist with and troubleshoot printer issues.
- Produce hardware and software reports based on requests from Nielsen Infrastructure.
- Maintain strict compliance with ticket resolution SLAs.
- Install servers, storage, and network devices according to provided technical instructions.
- Closely monitor the backup environment to maintain high success rates.
- Deliver high-quality, monitored infrastructure support for local users while collaborating with regional and global colleagues.
- Maintain operational flexibility to adapt to changing IT support needs.
Experience & Qualifications:
- ∙Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts.
- Foundational understanding of storage concepts.
- Full fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic to effectively communicate technical instructions and explanations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong communication skills with end users across all technical levels.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on service excellence.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
- Flexibility for occasional travel as required by business needs.
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
