Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as a scientific expert and trusted medical partner for healthcare professionals across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support medical education initiatives, provide scientific exchange, and contribute to the successful execution of medical strategies in alignment with the organization's therapeutic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and evidence-based scientific information regarding products and therapeutic areas.
• Support the implementation of medical affairs strategies and field medical plans.
• Provide scientific support for product launches, lifecycle management, and medical education programs.
• Identify medical insights and communicate findings to internal cross-functional teams.
• Support investigator-initiated studies, clinical research activities, and medical projects where applicable.
• Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, symposia, and medical conferences.
• Deliver scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements and company compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare discipline.
• PharmD, MD, MSc, or PhD is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Science Liaison or Medical Affairs experience, preferably within multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, medical publications, and scientific literature.
• Experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Candidate should be based in Riyadh.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.

• Strong scientific knowledge and clinical interpretation skills.
• Excellent presentation and scientific communication abilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
