تعلن شركة The Carreo International عن توفر وظيفة محاسب مبتدئ (Junior Accountant) في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تسجيل المعاملات المحاسبية اليومية والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة.
  • إدارة الحسابات الدائنة (AP) والحسابات المدينة (AR).
  • إعداد قيود اليومية وإجراء التسويات البنكية.
  • معالجة فواتير الموردين وفواتير العملاء.
  • المساعدة في أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
  • دعم إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير الإدارية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) والفواتير الإلكترونية (e-invoicing).
  • التنسيق مع العمليات للتحقق من المصروفات المتعلقة بالنقل.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات محاسبية منظمة ودعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
  • أداء المهام المحاسبية والمالية الأخرى حسب التكليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية.
  • إتقان استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel.
  • خبرة في أنظمة ERP/المحاسبة (مثل Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics أو ما يشابهها).
  • فهم جيد لضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) والفواتير الإلكترونية (e-invoicing).
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • * Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • * Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • * Prepare journal entries and perform bank reconciliations.
  • * Process supplier invoices and customer billing.
  • * Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • * Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • * Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA, and e-invoicing requirements.
  • * Coordinate with operations to verify transportation-related expenses.
  • * Maintain organized accounting records and support internal and external audits.
  • * Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • * Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • * Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • * Good understanding of VAT, ZATCA, and e-invoicing.
  • * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • * Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
