✨ We're currently hiring an Associate - Retail Support Operations (RSO) for a leading client based at Jeddah Airport. ✈️

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail operations, inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, maintaining inventory accuracy, executing replenishment activities, and upholding visual merchandising standards across retail operations. ⭐

Key Responsibilities:

1- Visual Merchandising

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and planograms.
• Set up and maintain promotional, seasonal, and product launch displays.
• Ensure accurate pricing, ticketing, and signage.
• Conduct daily floor checks to maintain display standards.

2- Replenishment & Stock Availability

• Perform daily replenishment from stockroom to sales floor.
• Maintain agreed minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock transfers and urgent replenishments.

3- Inventory Control

• Conduct daily, weekly, and cycle stock counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and variances.
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within POS and inventory systems.

4- Compliance & Reporting

• Follow company operational, safety, and security standards.
• Adhere to airport retail regulations.
• Prepare stock availability and inventory reports.
• Support inventory accuracy and shrinkage control initiatives.

Requirements:

1- Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

2- Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in:
• Retail Operations
• Merchandising
• Stock Control
• Inventory Management
• Experience in duty-free, airport retail, supermarket, hypermarket, or high-volume retail environments is an advantage.
