فور بوينتس باي شيراتون في مكة المكرمة تبحث عن خبير خدمة الطعام والشراب (F&B Service Expert) للانضمام إلى فريقها، حيث تلتقي الكلاسيكيات الخالدة بالتفاصيل العصرية في بيئة ترحب بالجميع وتدعم بعضها البعض.

لا تقتصر مهامنا على تقديم الطعام فحسب، بل نسعى لبناء تجربة لا تُنسى وفريدة للضيوف. يقوم خبير خدمة الضيوف بأخذ المبادرة وتقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات لضمان استمتاع الضيوف بوجباتهم، سواء بتجهيز الطاولات أو التواصل مع المطبخ أو التفاعل مع الضيوف أو تنظيف مناطق العمل. كل ذلك لجعل كل معاملة جزءاً من التجربة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز الطاولات وترتيبها بشكل جذاب.
- التواصل الفعّال مع فريق المطبخ لضمان تنسيق الخدمة.
- التفاعل مع الضيوف وتقديم الخدمة لهم بأسلوب احترافي وودود.
- تنظيف مناطق العمل والمستلزمات والحفاظ على نظافتها.
- إدارة القائمة وقراءتها والتحقق من المعلومات بصرياً.
- رفع ونقل وحمل ودفع وسحب الأشياء التي يصل وزنها إلى 25 رطلاً دون مساعدة و 50 رطلاً بمساعدة.
- الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة، والحركة على أسطح مائلة أو غير مستوية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (G.E.D.).
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة تقل عن سنة واحدة.
- لا يشترط خبرة إشرافية.
- لا يشترط ترخيص أو شهادة محددة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على الوقوف والحركة لفترات ممتدة فوق أسطح مختلفة.
- مهارة رفع وحمل الأوزان المذكورة مع مراعاة الانحناء والثني والالتواء.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
