تسعى شركة SylvCare للتوظيف في القطاع الصحي إلى تعيين أخصائي/استشاري جلدية تجميلية (Aesthetic Dermatologist) للعمل في عيادة مرموقة بمدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء إجراءات جلدية تجميلية متقدمة تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: حقن البوتولينوم (Botulinum toxin)، الحشوات الجلدية (Dermal fillers) لتحسين ملامح الوجه والشفتين والمنطقة تحت العين والفك، علاجات تجديد البشرة ومكافحة الشيخوخة، علاجات البلازما الغنية بالصفائح الدموية (PRP) والعلاجات التجديدية، والإجراءات التجميلية بالليزر والطاقة (في حال التأهيل).
  • إجراء استشارات شاملة مع المرضى وتقييم حالتهم وتخطيط العلاج المناسب.
  • تخصيص خطط العلاج بناءً على نوع الجلد وأهداف المريض ومعايير السلامة.
  • ضمان مستويات عالية من رضا المرضى وسلامتهم مع الالتزام بالممارسة الأخلاقية.
  • توعية المرضى بالإجراءات والنتائج المتوقعة والمخاطر وطرق الرعاية اللاحقة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة ومفصلة وفقاً للوائح الصحية في السعودية.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير مكافحة العدوى والموافقة المستنيرة وسرية معلومات المرضى.
  • اتباع جميع الإرشادات السريرية الصادرة عن وزارة الصحة والهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التمريض والليزر والإدارة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
  • المساهمة في الحفاظ على سمعة العيادة المتميزة في الجودة والثقة.
  • الاطلاع المستمر على أحدث التقنيات والاتجاهات في طب الجلدية التجميلية ذات الصلة بالسوق السعودي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة طبية مع تخصص دقيق في الأمراض الجلدية (Dermatology).
  • تدريب معترف به في إجراءات الجلدية التجميلية والتجميلية.
  • رخصة سارية من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) كمستشار أو أخصائي جلدية (إلزامي).
  • يفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم تصنيف SCFHS قابل للتحويل أو التجديد.
  • خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال الجلدية التجميلية.
  • خبرة عمل سابقة في جدة تعتبر ميزة كبيرة نظراً للإلمام بتوقعات المرضى المحليين وطلب السوق وتفضيلاتهم الجمالية، وبيئة العيادات التجميلية عالية الجودة.
  • يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج العربي.

  • حس جمالي ممتاز مع التركيز على تحقيق نتائج طبيعية.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل وإجراء الاستشارات الطبية.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل، واحترافية، ومعايير أخلاقية عالية.
  • قدرة على بناء ثقة المرضى وولائهم على المدى الطويل.

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Dermatologist to join a reputable medical aesthetics practice in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in non-surgical cosmetic dermatology, a solid understanding of the Saudi aesthetic market, and the ability to deliver safe, natural, and high-quality results. Previous professional experience in Jeddah is considered a significant plus, given the city’s unique patient profile and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Aesthetic Practice

  • Perform advanced aesthetic dermatology procedures, including but not limited to:
    • Botulinum toxin injections
    • Dermal fillers (face contouring, lips, under-eye, jawline)
    • Skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments
    • PRP and regenerative treatments
    • Laser and energy-based aesthetic procedures (if qualified)
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Customize treatment plans based on skin type, patient goals, and safety standards.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, safety, and ethical practice.

Patient Care & Compliance

  • Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in line with Saudi healthcare regulations.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control, consent, and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Follow all Ministry of Health and SCFHS clinical guidelines.


Collaboration & Professional Conduct

  • Work closely with nursing, laser, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Contribute to maintaining the clinic’s reputation for excellence and trust.
  • Stay updated with the latest aesthetic dermatology techniques and trends relevant to the Saudi market.


Required Qualifications

Education & Training

  • Medical Degree with specialization in Dermatology.
  • Recognized training in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures.


Licensing

  • Valid SCFHS license as a Dermatology Consultant or Specialist (mandatory).
  • Candidates with transferable or renewable SCFHS classification are preferred.


Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience in aesthetic dermatology.
  • Previous work experience in Jeddah is a major advantage, due to familiarity with:
    • Local patient expectations
    • Market demand and aesthetic preferences
    • High-volume, premium aesthetic practice environments
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred.
