Role Description The Automotive Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at MotorTec in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on a variety of Chinese and global-brand vehicles, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include conducting oil changes and fluid services, repairing or replacing mechanical components, and addressing suspension and other system issues in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The role also involves documenting work performed, communicating findings and repair options to service advisors, and following safety and quality standards in the workshop. The technician collaborates with parts and service teams to ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for multi-brand vehicles.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in Oil Changes and related routine service procedures.
• Candidates should possess solid Automotive Repair skills for mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• Candidates should possess experience with Suspension inspection, repair, and alignment-related tasks.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive technology or a related field.
• Experience working in a professional automotive workshop; multi-brand or Chinese vehicle experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow service manuals, technical bulletins, and diagnostic reports.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for using diagnostic tools and service management systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and service advisors in a diverse workplace.
