We are a Saudi-based company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations for our recycling industry project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless back-office operations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

➡️ Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records

➡️ Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

➡️ Prepare and post journal entries

➡️ Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

➡️ Process invoices, payments, and expense claims

➡️ Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✅ Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience (Saudi experience preferred)

✅ Technical Skills: Knowledge of Saudi VAT & ZATCA regulations

✅ Software: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software / ERP systems 

✅ Communication: Good English skills (Arabic is a plus)

✅ Criteria: Preference for candidates from Kerala or Mangalore (India) currently residing in KSA
