We are actively looking for a reliable TV and Small Appliance Technician to join our After Sales - Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Repair defective electrical and electronic products safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose issues in products such as TVs, microwaves, vacuum cleaners, blenders, mixers, and water dispensers.
• Prepare cost estimates for out-of-warranty or misuse cases.
• Order and manage spare parts required for repairs.
• Maintain proper coordination with suppliers to resolve pending cases.
• Update the service system daily with completed repair work.
• Prepare technical reports and submit them to the Senior Electrical Technician.
• Follow company service procedures and ensure service quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics repair (preferably in authorized service centers).
• Experience repairing TVs (LCD, Plasma, CRT), DVD players, Hi-Fi systems, home theaters, microwaves, and small appliances.
• Customer-oriented with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Iqama profession must be Technician.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligible to obtain it.
