المهام والمسؤوليات

- تحليل مستندات المناقصات والمشاركة في مفاوضات العقود.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مسح الكميات أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل RICS أو ما يعادلها) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في قطاعات إنشائية رئيسية مثل التجاري، متعدد الاستخدامات، السكني، البنية التحتية، أو النفط والغاز (يفضل بشدة).
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في الرياض والتكيف مع معايير وأنظمة الصناعة المحلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة التكاليف ومسح الكميات، بما في ذلك تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف.

- Experience in major construction sectors such as commercial, mixed-use, residential, infrastructure, or oil and gas is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cost management and project control software, as well as MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., RICS or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to local industry standards and regulations.
