Job Summary:

The GRC Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance activities.

The role combines hands-on implementation with oversight responsibilities to ensure effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across the organization.

The position plays a key role in establishing GRC foundations, supporting departments in implementation, and ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Develop risk mitigation plans in coordination with business units
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal assessments
• Manage whistleblowing channels and reporting mechanisms
• Conduct or support investigations into compliance issues
• Work closely with all departments to implement GRC requirements
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, external consultants, and regulators
• Act as a focal point for governance, risk, and compliance matters
• Develop and deliver GRC awareness sessions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk, Compliance, Law, or related field , Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the same or related field.

• GRCP (GRC Professional) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
