# Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Creative Content Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for a highly creative professional who can transform business objectives into impactful content ideas and digital campaigns.

The role involves developing creative concepts, building content strategies, writing campaign directions and scripts, analyzing brands and target audiences, and collaborating closely with creative, production, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate understands that successful content starts with understanding the business, its customers, and its goals-not just following trends.

A strong understanding of the Saudi market, culture, and audience behavior is essential, as the role requires creating content that feels authentic and resonates with local audiences across multiple industries.

# Qualifications

* 4-6+ years of experience in Content Creation, Creative Strategy, or a similar creative role within a Digital Marketing Agency.

* Proven experience creating creative campaigns for multiple brands across different industries.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling, campaign concepts, and social media content.

* Excellent understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, digital trends, and content strategy.

* Ability to analyze businesses, identify content opportunities, and build creative solutions that support business objectives.

* Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, production teams, media buyers, and account managers.

* Exceptional creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

* Native or near-native proficiency in the Saudi dialect is required, with a deep understanding of Saudi culture, trends, and local audience preferences.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
