IHG Hotels & Resorts تعلن عبر فندق Kimpton KAFD في الرياض عن توفر وظيفة فني تكييف وتبريد (HVAC Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق الصيانة الهندسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص وصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية والتكييف والتبريد في جميع أنحاء الفندق
  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لضمان كفاءة تشغيل المعدات وتقليل الأعطال غير المتوقعة
  • الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة في غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة المتعلقة بأنظمة التكييف والتهوية
  • مراقبة أداء معدات HVAC والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات تتطلب إجراءً تصحيحياً
  • اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة مع دعم مبادرات الاستدامة في الفندق من خلال الاستخدام الفعال للطاقة
  • مساعدة فريق الهندسة في مهام الصيانة العامة حسب الحاجة والحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع الزملاء والمقاولين والموردين لضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال الهندسية بأمان وبأعلى معايير الجودة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة مهنية في HVAC أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تكييف وتبريد أو مجال تقني ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة HVAC، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة أو التجاري أو إدارة المرافق
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية والتكييف والتبريد وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)
  • القدرة على تشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح معدات HVAC بما في ذلك الوحدات المنفصلة ووحدات مناولة الهواء ووحدات المروحة والمبردات وأنظمة التهوية والتبريد
  • معرفة ممارسات الصيانة الوقائية والتعامل الآمن مع أدوات ومعدات ومواد التبريد الخاصة بـ HVAC
  • الإلمام باللوائح المحلية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة
  • خبرة في الفنادق (مفضلة)
  • شهادة HVAC ذات صلة أو رخصة مهنية حسب ما يقتضيه القانون
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً؛ العربية ميزة إضافية

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel
  • Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and minimise unexpected breakdowns
  • Responding promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests related to air conditioning and ventilation systems
  • Monitoring the performance of HVAC equipment and reporting any issues requiring corrective action
  • Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures while supporting the hotel's sustainability initiatives through efficient energy usage
  • Assisting the Engineering team with general maintenance tasks as required and maintaining accurate maintenance records
  • Working closely with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all engineering work is completed safely and to the highest standard

What We Need from You:

  • Diploma or vocational certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably within the hospitality, commercial, or facilities management industry
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and building management systems (BMS)
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including split units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safe handling of HVAC tools, equipment, and refrigerants
  • Familiarity with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Hotel experience is preferred
  • Relevant HVAC certification or trade licence, where required by law
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
