شركة Hatch، الرائدة في مجالات التعدين والطاقة والبنية التحتية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Lead Estimator للانضمام إلى فريق EPCM في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم برنامج Ma’aden Project Elevate الطموح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير تقديرات التكاليف الرأسمالية (من الفئة 5 إلى الفئة 1 وفقًا لـ AACE) لمشاريع EPCM كبيرة ومتعددة التخصصات
- إعداد أساس التقدير (Basis of Estimate) وخطط التقدير
- تطوير تقديرات من المبادئ الأساسية والتقديرات المعاملاتية، بما في ذلك التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة
- مراجعة الكميات المستخلصة عبر التخصصات المدنية والإنشائية والأنابيب والكهرباء والأجهزة
- إجراء تقييمات العروض التجارية للموردين والمقاولين
- دعم تطوير خط الأساس للتكاليف، والتدفقات النقدية، وتوقعات التصاعد
- مراقبة أداء التكاليف والتغييرات والمطالبات أثناء التنفيذ
- التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة عبر التقارير والعروض التقديمية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة هندسية (يفضل الميكانيكية)
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في مجال التقدير في مشاريع التعدين أو المعادن أو الطاقة (يفضل خبرة في EPCM)
- خبرة في دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة (من الدراسة إلى التنفيذ)
- معرفة قوية بممارسات البناء وعوامل الإنتاجية
- الإلمام بأدوات التقدير (يفضل Candy)
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء
- اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متعمقة بممارسات البناء وعوامل الإنتاجية
- إتقان استخدام أدوات التقدير (خاصة Candy)
- مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة
- القدرة على تطوير تقديرات من المبادئ الأساسية وتحليل الكميات

Lead Estimator - Riyadh , KSA
Hatch is supporting Ma’aden’s Project Elevate-one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious mining and infrastructure growth programs-and we are looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to join our EPCM team in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of capital cost estimates (AACE Class 5 to Class 1) for large multi-disciplinary EPCM projects
- Prepare Basis of Estimate (BoE) and Estimating Plans
- Develop first-principles and factored estimates, including direct/indirect costs
- Review quantity take-offs across civil, structural, piping, and E&I
- Conduct commercial bid evaluations for vendors and contractors
- Support cost baseline development, cash flow, and escalation forecasting
- Monitor cost performance, variations, and claims during execution
- Interface with clients and stakeholders through reporting and presentations
- Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred)
- 10-15 years of estimating experience in mining, metals, or energy projects (EPCM preferred)
- Experience across full project lifecycle (study through execution)
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and productivity factors
- Familiar with estimating tools (Candy preferred)
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
English required; Arabic is an asset
