تسعى شركة Pacific International Lines (PIL)، إحدى شركات الشحن الرائدة عالمياً التي تتخذ من سنغافورة مقراً لها، إلى تعيين Senior Executive للوجستيات الحاويات للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيكون المرشح المناسب مسؤولاً عن إدارة تكاليف لوجستيات الحاويات وتقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، بالإضافة إلى تطوير الأعمال متعددة الوسائط والمشتريات البرية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومراقبة وتحفيز وإعداد تقارير عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتكاليف والأداء على مستوى المنطقة والوكالة.
- إدارة شبكة النقل متعدد الوسائط وتطوير الأعمال: مراجعة الشبكات وإنشاؤها وتحسينها لرفع الأداء.
- مراقبة أداء النقل متعدد الوسائط، تطوير معلومات السوق، تحديد الفرص، الترويج للخدمات في مينائي الشحن والتفريغ (POL/POD).
- التعاون مع الوكالات والإدارة المركزية للنقل متعدد الوسائط لاقتراح أسعار بيع تعظم الأداء، وإعداد الأسعار والحفاظ على كتالوج المنتجات ونظام LMS.
- شراء الخدمات البرية وفق النموذج المتفق عليه مع الإدارة المركزية، مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل للسياسات والحوكمة المعمول بها.
- إدارة مشهد العقود الإقليمي مع الإدارة المركزية: مراقبة انتهاء العقود، اقتراح استراتيجية الفئة، التخطيط، إدارة المخاطر وغيرها.
- وضع ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرسمية وحصة التدفق واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة وتقييم الموردين.
- إدراج الموردين الجدد: إعداد الاتفاقيات ونظام EDI وتعريفة LMS وغيرها.
- الرقمنة: دفع إعادة استخدام الحاويات/التثليث، ومنصات شحن العملاء وإعادة الاستخدام.
- القيادة والتوجيه لفرق الوكالات في مجال اللوجستيات.
- إدارة والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة والإدارة المركزية والمكاتب الإقليمية والوكالات في العمليات والتجارة وغيرها لاتخاذ قرارات تصب في مصلحة الشركة بضوابط وتوازن مناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- التعليم: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس، يُفضل في الإدارة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجالات متعددة مثل إدارة المعدات، النقل متعدد الوسائط، المشتريات، المخزون أو إدارة العمليات.
- شخصية مهتمة بالتفاصيل مع حس قوي بالتملك.
- موجه نحو النتائج وقادر على تحمل ضغوط العمل العالية وتعدد المهام.
- روح فريق مع مهارات تنسيق وإدارة علاقات قوية.

- إجادة إدارة التكاليف والتحليلات.
- الإلمام بشبكات الشحن واتجاهات السوق والتحكم في السعة وتدفق البضائع وعمليات المحطات والعمليات البرية.
- مهارة في التحليل القائم على البيانات واتخاذ القرارات في بيئة عالية الضغط والسرعة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة، والقدرة على إدارة التنوع الثقافي.
- القدرة على إدارة وتحفيز الأداء في وكالات متعددة الثقافات.
- إدارة الموردين لضمان الامتثال والتنافسية في التكاليف.
- دفع أعمال النقل متعدد الوسائط.
- حس قوي بالتملك والاستجابة.
- القدرة على تحويل المشكلات التشغيلية إلى حلول قابلة للتنفيذ.

The successful candidate will manage container logistics cost and KPI reporting as well as intermodal business development and land procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, drive and report region level and agency level KPI, cost & performance
- Manage intermodal network & business development, i.e. review, create & optimize network to improve intermodal performance
- Monitor intermodal performance, develop market intelligence, identify opportunities, promote services to POL/POD
- Collaborate with agencies, HQ intermodal to propose intermodal selling rates to maximize performance, set up & maintain rates, product catalogue and LMS maintenance
- Procurement of land side services based on the agreed model with HQ, i.e. central led, ensuring full compliance with established policies and governance
- Manage regional contract landscape with HQ, i.e. monitor contract expiry, propose category strategy, plan, risk management, etc.
- Set and monitor formal performance KPI, flow-share & SLA and supplier assessment
- Supplier onboarding, including set up agreement, EDI, LMS tariff, etc.
- Digitalization, i.e. push container reuse/triangulation, charge customer and reuse platforms
- Leadership Responsibilities
- Leadership and direction to agencies Logistics teams
- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders, HQ, RO, Agencies from Operations, Commercial Trades, etc. to make business decisions in the overall best interest of company and with appropriate level of check-and-balance
- Personality Traits
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
- Results-driven and able to handle high operational pressure / multitasking
- Team player, with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Qualification & Experience Required
- Education: Diploma/Degree Holder, University qualification in Management or equivalent preferred
- Experiences: A minimum of 2 years’ multiple discipline experience in equipment management, intermodal, procurement, inventory or operations management

- Well verse in cost management and analytics
- Familiar in shipping network, market trends, capacity control, cargo-flow, terminal operations and land operations
- Adept in data-driven analytics and decision-making process in a high pace high stress environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to manage cultural diversity
- Manage and drive performance in diverse multi-cultural agencies
- Manage suppliers in ensuring compliance & cost competitiveness
