تعلن شركة Weir Gabbioneta s.r.l. عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تخطيط (Planning Engineer) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن إدارة المشاريع / العمليات / الخدمات في قطاع المضخات والمعدات الدوارة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وصيانة جداول المشاريع لأنشطة إصلاح المضخات وتصنيعها واختبارها وخدمات المواقع.
- تطوير خطط العمل والجداول الزمنية وتقارير تتبع التقدم باستخدام Primavera P6 أو MS Project أو أدوات تخطيط مماثلة.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق الورش والمشتريات والهندسة والجودة والخدمات لضمان تنفيذ سلس لأنشطة المشروع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع مقابل الجدول المعتمد وتسليط الضوء على التأخيرات والمخاطر والإجراءات التصحيحية المطلوبة.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية، بما في ذلك الجداول الزمنية الاستباقية وتحديثات حالة المشروع.
- تتبع المعالم الرئيسية للمشروع مثل توفر المواد، التشغيل الآلي، التجميع، الفحص، الاختبار، التعبئة، والتسليم.
- دعم تخطيط الموارد للقوى العاملة والمواد والمعدات والأنشطة المنفذة من قبل مقاولي الباطن.
- المساعدة في تحديد تأثيرات الجدول الناجمة عن تغييرات النطاق أو تأخيرات المواد أو متطلبات العملاء أو المشكلات الفنية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشروع ووثائق التخطيط وتحديثات الجدول للتقارير الداخلية وتقارير العملاء.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع وتقديم مدخلات التخطيط لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة التخطيط لإجراءات الجودة والسلامة والتشغيل الخاصة بالشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تخطيط المشاريع، ويفضل في بيئات المضخات أو المعدات الدوارة أو التصنيع أو الإصلاح أو خدمات النفط والغاز.
- فهم جيد لمكونات المضخات وعمليات الإصلاح وأنشطة الورش ومراحل تنفيذ المشاريع.
- خبرة في إعداد الجداول الزمنية وتقارير التقدم ولوحات المعلومات الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- معرفة بأدوات التخطيط مثل Primavera P6 و MS Project و Microsoft Excel.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع إصلاح المضخات أو تجديدها أو تصنيعها أو خدمات ما بعد البيع.
- يفضل التعرض لمضخات API والمضخات الطاردة المركزية والأختام الميكانيكية والمحركات والمعدات الدوارة ذات الصلة.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل مع عملاء في قطاعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة أو الصناعة.
- يفضل معرفة بضوابط المشاريع وتتبع التكاليف وتحليل التأخير.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والجدولة والتنسيق.
- معرفة جيدة بدورة حياة المشروع وهيكل تقسيم العمل وتتبع المعالم.
- القدرة على قراءة المستندات الفنية والرسومات ونطاقات العمل المتعلقة بالمضخات والمعدات الدوارة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والمتابعة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والدقة في إعداد التقارير.

- Maintain accurate project records, planning documents, and schedule updates for internal and customer reporting.

- Ensure planning activities comply with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Saudi citizen.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, preferably within pumps, rotating equipment, manufacturing, repair, or oil and gas service environments.
- Good understanding of pump components, repair processes, workshop activities, and project execution stages.
- Experience in preparing schedules, progress reports, and project dashboards.
