شركة سيراميك العربية (Arabian Ceramics) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي في مدينة جدة (الخمرة).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف الكامل على حل مشاكل المعدات والآلات الميكانيكية في المصنع.
  • مسؤول عن تصميم وتصنيع الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • العمل على الأنظمة الميكانيكية الصناعية (نقل الحركة، المحركات، التروس، المحامل، القوابض، علب التروس).
  • العمل على الأنظمة الهيدروليكية، الأنظمة الهوائية، الغلايات، المبردات، ضواغط الهواء، المضخات، محركات الدفع، الناقلات، المكابس، وأعمال التصنيع واللحام الأساسية (الحفر، التجليخ، اللحام).
  • تحليل واختبار المنتجات الجديدة من حيث الأداء والسلامة والعمر الافتراضي.
  • تفصيل الطريقة الأكثر كفاءة وأقل تكلفة لتصنيع المنتج دون المساس بمعايير الجودة.
  • استخدام الحاسوب لمراقبة النظام الميكانيكي وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة باستمرار.
  • حل مشاكل جميع المعدات والآلات الميكانيكية في الوقت المناسب.
  • وضع وتنفيذ برنامج صيانة وقائية شامل لجميع المعدات والآلات الميكانيكية في المصنع لمنع أي تعطيل لعمليات الإنتاج.
  • العمل بتعاون وثيق مع رئيس قسم حل المشاكل الكهربائية والمرافق وكذلك مع مدير القسم الفني للحفاظ على جميع آلات ومعدات المصنع في حالة تشغيلية وموثوقية مثالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أي جنسية (يفضل سعودي).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمل.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • القدرة على التواصل شفوياً مع الإدارة والزملاء (ضروري).
  • السمع والرؤية ضمن المدى الطبيعي للتواصل الطبيعي واستلام المعلومات العادية وفحص المعدات.
  • القدرة على بذل جهد يصل إلى 10 رطل (4.5 كجم) أحياناً.
  • براعة يدوية جيدة لاستخدام الآلات والمعدات الشائعة.
  • قدرة جيدة على الاستدلال لحل مجموعة واسعة من المشكلات الميكانيكية للآلات، مع القدرة على تطبيق الحسابات الإحصائية، تحليل التباين، التقنيات الميكانيكية، نظرية أخذ العينات، الجبر، المعادلات الخطية، وغيرها من التحليلات المطلوبة.
  • فهم واستخدام تقارير وخطط الإدارة لممارسة الأعمال.
  • معرفة بإجراءات السلامة والأمن الصناعي.
  • معرفة بنظام ISO تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية الصناعية (نقل الحركة، المحركات، التروس، المحامل، القوابض، علب التروس).
  • معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة الهيدروليكية، الأنظمة الهوائية، الغلايات، المبردات، ضواغط الهواء، المضخات، محركات الدفع، الناقلات، المكابس، وأعمال التصنيع واللحام الأساسية (الحفر، التجليخ، اللحام).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • معرفة بإجراءات ومعايير تصنيع بلاط السيراميك.
  • الاعتمادية والقدرة على العمل دون إشراف.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق بروح تعاونية جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل وفق أولويات المهام (نظام الورديات الثلاث) وخارج ساعات العمل العادية.

Job Scope

Fully responsible for the supervision of troubleshooting of plant mechanical equipment & machinery. Responsible for the design and manufacture of mechanical systems.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Industrial Mechanical systems(transmission,drives gears, bearings, coupling, gearboxes).
  • Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Pumps, Motor drives, Conveyors,Presses, and basic Fabrication and Machining Operations: Drilling,Grinding and Welding.
  • Reliable & ability to work without being supervised
  • Ability to work alongside others on a good teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work on job priority basis (3 Shift work) & outside normal working hours.
  • Analyzes and tests the new product for performance, safety and longevity.
  • Details the most efficient and inexpensive way of making the product without sacrificing quality standards.
  • Uses computers to monitor the mechanical system and makes necessary ongoing adjustments.
  • Timely troubleshooting of all mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Elaborating and implementing a complete and preventive maintenance program covering all Plant mechanical Equipment and machinery to prevent any disruption of Production Operations.
  • Work in close collaboration with Electrical Troubleshooting Section head and Utilities also with the technical Department Manager in order to keep all plant machinery and equipment in perfect operating and reliability condition.

Skills

  • Good knowledge of: Industrial Mechanical systems (transmission, drives, gears, bearings, couplings, gearboxes)
  • Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, Boilers, Chillers, Air compressors, Pumps, Motor Drives, Conveyors, Presses, and basic Fabrication and Machining Operations: Drilling, Grinding and Welding.
  • Fluent in English-written & SpokenKnowledge of ceramic tiles manufacturing procedures and standards

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common machinery and equipment.
  • Good reasoning ability is required to solve a wide range of machine mechanical problems. Able to apply statistical calculations, analysis of variance, mechanical techniques, and sampling theory as well as algebra, linear equations, and other analytics as required. Able to understand and utilize management reports and plans to conduct business.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Security measures
  • Knowledge of ISO system is an added value
