المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في صياغة التوجه الاستراتيجي للشركة والإشراف على وظائف الأعمال الرئيسية.
- دعم تقديم برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية الكبرى.
- قيادة مبادرات تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات.
- توجيه تطوير المنتجات والخدمات.

- إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة وقيادة الفرق متعددة التخصصات.

المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية، بما في ذلك القدرة على التأثير والتفاوض وبناء علاقات فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات مع سجل حافل في تحديد الفرص، وإغلاق الصفقات، وزيادة الإيرادات في بيئات معقدة متعددة الأطراف.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Owner role based in Jeddah. The Co-Owner will help shape the company’s strategic direction, oversee key business functions, and support the delivery of major social infrastructure programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving business development and sales initiatives, guiding product and service development, and collaborating with marketing teams to strengthen Jasara’s market presence. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, reviewing financial and operational performance, and ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 objectives. The Co-Owner will work closely with senior leadership and partners to make decisions that sustain growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Owner role based in Jeddah. The Co-Owner will help shape the company’s strategic direction, oversee key business functions, and support the delivery of major social infrastructure programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving business development and sales initiatives, guiding product and service development, and collaborating with marketing teams to strengthen Jasara’s market presence. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, reviewing financial and operational performance, and ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 objectives. The Co-Owner will work closely with senior leadership and partners to make decisions that sustain growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience, with a track record in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in Product Development, including defining offerings, improving services, and aligning solutions with client and market needs.
- Marketing and Social Media skills, with the ability to support brand positioning, campaigns, and digital engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in program management, infrastructure, or related sectors, preferably within large-scale or government-led initiatives.
- Strong business acumen, including familiarity with financial performance metrics, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
