Edwards Lifesciences تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مجموعة دول الخليج والمشرق (GCC & Levant Cluster Director) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الحسابات الاستراتيجية وإدارة العلاقات التنفيذية (مثل مجموعات الشراء الموحدة GPOs).
- العمل كمركز تنفيذ لمنتجات SHD (Structural Heart Disease) ومتكامل تجاري من خلال إدارة حسابات SHD والإشراف على فريق القيادة المحلي.
- التعاون مع فريق العلاقات العامة لقيادة أو تنسيق المشاركات الرئيسية مع المؤسسات الحكومية والعلاقات المؤسسية.
- دعم المدير القطري اليومي في إدارة عمليات الحسابات الاستراتيجية وتقديم العروض لحسابات SHD.
- قيادة و/أو تنسيق المشاركة مع الجمعيات الوطنية وجمعيات المرضى والأطراف الوطنية ودون الوطنية الأخرى.
- الإشراف على قدرات محددة مثل المناقصات والعطاءات والمؤتمرات والفعاليات المحلية.
- قيادة حوكمة فريق القيادة المحلي (CLT).
- الإشراف الثقافي - تعزيز التماسك الثقافي لإدواردز عبر الفرق، وتنفيذ مبادرات ESG وغيرها.
- إدارة العمليات والامتثال المحلي داخل الدولة (مثل شؤون المكاتب، توقيع عقود الموردين).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة كمدير وحدة أعمال أو مدير عام يشرف على مجالات متعددة الوظائف على المستوى القطري مع إجمالي خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال الصناعي و5 سنوات في دور قيادي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات معقدة على المستوى القطري.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة في إجراء بحوث الاقتصاد الصحي، نتائج يبلغ عنها المرضى، تحليلات البيانات بأثر رجعي، علم الأوبئة أو بحوث الخدمات الصحية.
- يفضل خبرة في تطوير نماذج صيدلانية/اقتصادية صحية للنشر أو للاستخدام التفاعلي مع العملاء.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل في صناعة خاضعة للتنظيم.
- مهارات قيادة إدارة مشاريع ناجحة مثبتة.
- خبرة مثبتة في استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office والأدوات والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات، التنظيم، التحليل والتفكير النقدي بما في ذلك التقدير/الحكم العالي في اتخاذ القرارات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي ومهارات العلاقات الشخصية بما في ذلك مهارات التفاوض وإدارة العلاقات مع القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف.
- القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتحدث باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- معترف به كخبير في الوظيفة الفرعية و/أو المجال و/أو المؤسسة الأوسع مع خبرة واسعة عبر المجالات والوظائف ذات الصلة.
- اهتمام صارم بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على التفاعل بشكل مهني مع جميع المستويات التنظيمية ورفع القضايا بشكل استباقي إلى المستويات الإدارية المناسبة.

SHD Execution Anchor & Commercial Integrator:
- Partner with Public Affairs team on institutional relationships, governmental engagement
- Day-to-day Country Leader support in running strategic account processes and manage offerings to SHD accounts
- Leader and/or coordinate engagement with national societies, patient associations, other national and sub-national parties, etc.
Country LT Leadership – lead the CLT governance
Cultural Stewardship – local engagement, strengthen Edwards cultural cohesion across teams, ESG implementation, etc.
Operations and Compliance – manage internal in-country operations (e.g. office related, sign supplier contracts, etc.)
What You'll Need
- Bachelor degree or Equivalent
- Experience as a business unit manager/ general manager overseeing cross functional areas at country level with total minimum of 10 years of industry experience and 5 years of experience in leadership role.
- Experience developing and executing complex strategies at country level required
- Experience in conducting health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective data analyses, epidemiology or health services research projects highly preferred
- Experience developing pharma/health-economic models, either for publication or for interactive use with customers preferred
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
- Proven successful project management leadership skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Ability to read, write and speak English and local languages
- Recognized as an expert within sub-function(s) and/or area(s) and broader organization with broad-based expertise across area and related functions
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
