Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical or Mechanical Technician to support engineering, maintenance, and project activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, technical documentation, and preparing or updating technical drawings using AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Role

:Prepare, update, and maintain technical drawings, machine layouts, equipment modifications, and utility layouts using AutoCAD

.Assist engineering teams in developing production line layouts and plant improvement projects

.Maintain accurate records of equipment specifications, drawings, and maintenance documentation

.Support the preparation of technical reports, work instructions, and maintenance procedures

• rtCoordinate with Production and Quality departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operation
• s.Provide technical assistance during machine setups, product changeovers, and troubleshooting activitie
• s.Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing wast

e.Health, Safety & Complian

• ceFollow all company safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirement
• s.Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulation
• s.Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety improvement program

s.Qualificatio

• nsDiploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical fiel
• d.AutoCAD certification or proven proficiency in AutoCAD is preferre

d.Experien

• ceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within cable manufacturing, wire and cable production, plastics extrusion, or continuous-process manufacturing environment
• s.Experience with production machinery maintenance and troubleshootin
• g.Hands-on experience using AutoCAD for technical and engineering drawing

s.Technical Skil

• lsProficiency in AutoCAD (2D; 3D knowledge is an advantage
• ).Knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and machiner
• y.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering specification
• s.Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems is preferre
• d.Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control system
• s.Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and root cause analysis technique
• s.Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
