تعلن شركة Align Technology عن توفر وظيفة Field Clinical Liaison في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل كحلقة وصل إكلينيكية ميدانية لأطباء الأسنان وتقويم الأسنان في المنطقة، وستكون مسؤولاً عن التثقيف الإكلينيكي والدعم الداخلي والخارجي لتعزيز خبرتهم في تقنية Invisalign.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية بشكل مستقل بنسبة 70% على الأقل من الوقت.
- تقديم الدعم والتثقيف الإكلينيكي لأطباء تقويم الأسنان وأطباء الأسنان في العيادات الخاصة، وكذلك ضمن منظمات DSO والجامعات.
- تطوير علاقات مهنية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية (HCPs) وتعليمهم تخطيط العلاج وسير العمل الرقمية الجديدة ضمن منصة ADP.
- تقديم الإرشاد لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية ليصبحوا معلمين لأقرانهم.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ جلسات حوار تفاعلية مع العملاء لتحفيز مناقشة الحالات والتواصل/التعلم بين الأقران.
- العمل عبر الأقسام لتنفيذ وتنسيق البرامج التعليمية لشركة Align ودعم تحقيق أهداف الأعمال المحددة مسبقاً.
- المساهمة بشكل مستقل، وقد يساهم عبر الآخرين في المشاريع الرئيسية.
- تعليم وتوجيه الأخصائيين الإكلينيكيين من المستوى L4 وL5 ومشاركة الخبرات مع الآخرين لدعم الأعمال.
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الأعمال في المنطقة المحددة.
- تخطيط الزيارات والجلسات الجماعية بشكل مستقل وفي الوقت المناسب بناءً على احتياجات العمل مع إشراف عام وبتنسيق مع فريق المبيعات، والتوصية بأساليب جديدة والبحث عن فرص لتعزيز منحنى التعلم لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية واعتماد سير العمل الرقمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس أو قد يكون لديه درجة الماجستير من كلية أو جامعة (طب الأسنان أو تقويم الأسنان).
- عادةً ما يكون لديه 4-6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة المباشرة.
- يمتلك مهارات تفاوض قوية، وأسلوب التحدي (challenger approach)، بالإضافة إلى مهارات تعليمية/عرضية وتيسيرية.
- القدرة على تدريب الطاقم الطبي على استخدام المنتج بفعالية.
- إتقان اللغة العربية كلغة أم، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- يفضل أن يكون مقيماً في السعودية ولديه إقامة قابلة للتحويل.

What Will You Do
- Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time
- Provide clinical support & education to orthodontists, dentists in private clinics as well as might do within DSO organizations and Universities
- Develop peer-to-peer relationships with HCP’s, teaching them treatment planning and new digital workflows within our ADP
- Provide coaching to HCP’s to become educators to their peers
- Plans & executes interactive roundtables with customers to drive case discussion & peer-to-peer networking / learning
- Work cross-functionally to execute & coordinate Align educational programs and supports the achievement of predefined business goals
- Contribute independently. May contribute through others on key projects
- Can teach & mentor L4 & L5 clinical specialists and share experiences with others with the potential to support the business
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory
- Plan visits & group sessions independently and timely based on BR’s with general supervision and alignment with the sales team. Recommends new approaches and seeks for opportunities to enhance HCP’s learning curve and digital workflows adoption
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or may have a master’s degree from a four-year college or university (dentistry or Orthodontist).
- Typically has 4-6 years of directly related experience. Possess proficient negotiation, challenger approach as well as didactical/presentation and facilitator skills.
- Has the ability to train medical staff in using the product effectively
- Native Arabic speaking, Good English, writing and speaking.
- KSA resident with transferable Iqama is preferred.
