Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a strong background in general contracting and construction projects to oversee on-site execution, ensure quality and safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and approved schedules.
• Coordinate daily site operations with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, Saudi regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Support project planning, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and general contracting, with at least 1 year as a Senior Site Engineer.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
