المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة مواصفات المشروع لتحديد المواد المطلوبة لتقديمها في أنظمة السباكة والمياه المبردة ومكافحة الحرائق، واختيار المنتجات والتقديمات.
- تجميع مستندات التقديم الكاملة ومستندات التأهيل المسبق والحزم التي تلبي متطلبات المشروع وإرشادات التنسيق.
- الحفاظ على سجلات وسجلات تتبع مفصلة لمراقبة حالة التقديمات والموافقات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفريق المبيعات والميدان حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دور دعم فني أو تنسيق مشاريع، ويفضل في مجال توريد منتجات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) أو السباكة أو مكافحة الحرائق.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة ومعدات السباكة والمياه المبردة والحماية من الحرائق.
- إجادة قراءة وتفسير مواصفات المنتجات والتقديمات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت مع القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام المتعددة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي للتعاون الفعال مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع الالتزام بالدقة والجودة.
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- يفضل خبرة في استخدام Microsoft Office.
- يفضل المعرفة بعمليات مراجعة التقديمات ومتطلبات الموافقة.
- يفضل الإلمام بقوانين ولوائح البناء المتعلقة بأنظمة السباكة والتدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والحماية من الحرائق.

Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications to identify required submittal materials for plumbing, chilled water, and firefighting Products, selection, and submittals.
- Assemble complete submittal & Prequalification documents, packages that meet project requirements and formatting guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records and tracking logs to monitor submittal status and approvals.
- Provide technical support to sales team and field as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or project coordination role, preferably in supplier of HVAC/plumbing/Firefighting Products.
- Strong understanding of plumbing, chilled water, and fire protection systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting products specifications, and submittals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of submittal review processes and approval requirements.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
