تعلن شركة Larsen & Toubro عن حاجتها إلى مهندس اختبار وتشغيل وحماية (T&C Protection Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. المهندسون في هذا الدور مسؤولون عن اختبار المرافق والمعدات والمصانع لضمان عملها بشكل صحيح وتحقيق النتائج المتوقعة، بما يلبي احتياجات العميل بشكل فعال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الكفاءة في اختبار المرحلات الرئيسية المتقدمة والمرحلات الاحتياطية والمساعدة، وتنفيذ العمل بشكل فردي لإكمال مشاريع BSP.
  • القدرة على تشغيل جميع تطبيقات برامج المرحلات من مختلف الماركات.
  • القدرة على تشغيل جميع أجهزة حقن التيار الأولي والثانوي من مختلف الماركات.
  • فهم شامل لقراءة دوائر الحماية والتحقق منها في الميدان.
  • إجراء التحسينات وتقديم المشورة بشأن الإجراءات التشغيلية.
  • جدولة وتنسيق العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية صارمة.
  • تحديد المشكلات والقصور في الأنظمة الحالية.
  • تنسيق أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية وتقديم المشورة بشأن إجراءات ووثائق الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • إنتاج أو المساعدة في إنتاج جميع وثائق الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل ضمن الوقت والتكلفة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الموقع المحددة.
  • مراقبة التقدم، تسجيل جميع نتائج الاختبار، حضور الاختبار النهائي وقبول المعدات، وتجميع جميع الوثائق لإدراجها في ملف اختبار الموقع.
  • ضمان الاختبار والتشغيل الآمن للتركيبات المكتملة لتحقيق أداء المصنع المطلوب وفق متطلبات برنامج المشروع.

Testing & Commissioning engineers are engaged in the testing of facilities, equipment and plants to make sure they function correctly and produce the expected results. In doing so they bring the product or system to a point at which it can be used most effectively and that they meet the client’s needs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Shall be Competent to test the Main Advanced Relays, back up relays and Auxiliary relays and shall execute individually to complete at the BSP projects.
  • Shall be capable of operating all make relays software applications.
  • Shall be capable of operating all make secondary & primary current injection kits.
  • Thorough knowledge of protection schemes reading and verification in the field.
  • Making improvements and offering advice about operational procedures
  • Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines.
  • Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems.
  • Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities with internal and external stakeholders and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
  • Producing or assisting in the production of all tests and commissioning documentation.
  • Undertaking testing and commissioning activities with time and cost in line with the specified site requirements.
  • Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
  • Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project program requirements.
