تعلن شركة Bouygues Travaux Publics (المتخصصة في الهندسة المدنية والأنفاق تحت الأرض والهياكل المعقدة) عن توفر وظيفة Schedule / Lean Engineer في المدينة العلا السعودية، وذلك ضمن فريق تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى المهندس تنسيق ومراجعة مخرجات توثيق الحفريات الناتجة عن أنشطة الإنتاج، لضمان اكتمالها واتساقها مع متطلبات المشروع. كما سيدعم إعداد السجلات والرسومات والوثائق المرتبطة المستخدمة في التقارير ومراجعة أصحاب المصلحة، ويتحقق من دقة تحديثات الموقع في حزمة التوثيق مع الإبلاغ عن أي تناقضات للتصحيح في الوقت المناسب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق ومراجعة مخرجات توثيق الحفريات من أنشطة الإنتاج لضمان الاكتمال والاتساق مع متطلبات المشروع.
- دعم إعداد السجلات والرسومات والوثائق ذات الصلة المستخدمة في التقارير ومراجعة أصحاب المصلحة.
- التحقق من أن التحديثات الميدانية تنعكس بدقة في حزمة توثيق المشروع والإبلاغ عن التناقضات لتصحيحها فوراً.
- التعاون مع فرق الموقع ومنسقي الإنتاج لالتقاط التغييرات والحفاظ على إصدارات الوثائق.
- دعم تسليم الوثائق بكفاءة وضمان إمكانية التتبع من التنفيذ إلى السجلات.
- المساعدة في إعداد الوثائق لعمليات التدقيق وفحوصات الجودة الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في دعم توثيق الحفريات في بيئات البناء أو الإنتاج، مع إلمام واضح بسير عمل توثيق الموقع.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات توثيق البناء (الرسومات كما بنيت/سجلات الحالة، قوائم السجلات، التحكم في الإصدارات، وإمكانية تتبع الوثائق) في بيئة إنتاجية.
- إتقان عمليات التحكم في الوثائق مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل لضمان دقة واكتمال السجلات.
- القدرة على التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (الموقع، الإنتاج، مراقبة الجودة/التحكم في الوثائق) والتواصل بوضوح في بيئة عمل سريعة.
- الإلمام بالرسومات الهندسية ومصطلحات الحفريات والأعمال الترابية ومتطلبات التقارير النموذجية في مشاريع البناء.
- مهارات حاسوبية مناسبة لإعداد الوثائق والحفاظ على سجلات مشروع منظمة (مثل أدوات إدارة الرسومات والوثائق وإعداد التقارير).

- Experience supporting excavation documentation in construction/production environments, ideally with demonstrated familiarity with site documentation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation practices (as-built/record drawings, logs, version control, and document traceability) in a production setting.
- Proficiency in document control processes and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (site, production, and quality/document control) and communicate clearly in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, excavation/eartworks terminology, and typical reporting requirements used in construction projects.
- Relevant computer skills for documentation preparation and maintaining organized project records (e.g., drawing/document management and reporting tools).
