انضم إلى شركة أطلس كوبكو في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، كمهندس مشاريع في مجال حلول فحص الأسطح ورؤية الآلة. ستتولى مسؤولية تنفيذ مشاريع العملاء بدءاً من تحليل المتطلبات وحتى التركيب والتسليم، مع العمل في ترتيب هجين يجمع بين العمل عن بعد والتواجد في الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تنفيذ مشاريع فحص الرؤية الآلية والأسطح طوال دورة حياة المشروع، من البداية إلى القبول النهائي.
- تحليل عمليات التصنيع والتجميع والفحص لدى العملاء لفهم المتطلبات الفنية وأهداف المشروع.
- تطوير مفاهيم التطبيقات واقتراح حلول فحص وأتمتة مخصصة تلبي احتياجات العملاء.
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى واختبارات التطبيقات وتقييمات إثبات المفهوم (POC) للتحقق من صحة الحلول المقترحة.
- تنسيق أنشطة المشروع مع العملاء والموردين وفرق الهندسة الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- تصميم وتكوين وتحسين أنظمة الرؤية، بما في ذلك الكاميرات والبصريات والإضاءة والبرمجيات وواجهات الأتمتة.
- إعداد وثائق المشروع والمواصفات الفنية والمخططات والجداول الزمنية وتقارير التقدم.
- الإشراف على تركيب الأنظمة وتشغيلها ومعايرتها واختبارها والتحقق من صحتها في مواقع العملاء.
- تحديد وتتبع وتخفيف مخاطر المشروع مع ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والتسليمات.
- دعم اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) وعمليات توقيع العملاء.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم أثناء تنفيذ المشروع وحل المشكلات الفنية من خلال استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية.
- تدريب العملاء على تشغيل النظام وصيانته وأفضل الممارسات.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال أثناء أنشطة ما قبل البيع والمناقشات الفنية والعروض التقديمية للعملاء عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة وإدارة المشاريع في الشركة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمساهمة في تحقيق مستويات عالية من رضاهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الميكاترونكس أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو الأجهزة أو الميكانيكية أو أتمتة الهندسة أو أي تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع أو هندسة التطبيقات أو الأتمتة الصناعية أو رؤية الآلة أو أنظمة الفحص أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع التقنية ضمن بيئات التصنيع أو الأتمتة الصناعية.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الإنتاج الصناعي وأنظمة فحص الجودة وتقنيات الأتمتة.
- خبرة عملية مع حلول رؤية الآلة، بما في ذلك الكاميرات والبصريات وأنظمة الإضاءة وأجهزة الاستشعار وبرمجيات الرؤية.
- الإلمام بـ PLCs وبروتوكولات الاتصال الصناعية وتكامل الأتمتة أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
- خبرة في صناعات مثل السيارات أو الإلكترونيات أو الطاقة الشمسية أو الزجاج أو التعبئة والتغليف أو المعادن أو الورق أو الأفلام أو التصنيع العام تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع وأولويات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- الاستعداد للسفر محلياً ودولياً حسب الحاجة لدعم أنشطة المشروع.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of Machine Vision and Surface Inspection projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to final acceptance.
- Analyze customer manufacturing, assembly, and inspection processes to understand technical requirements and project objectives.
- Develop application concepts and propose tailored inspection and automation solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, application testing, and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations to validate proposed solutions.
- Coordinate project activities with customers, suppliers, internal engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design, configure, and optimize vision systems, including cameras, optics, lighting, software, and automation interfaces.
- Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, layouts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Oversee system installation, commissioning, calibration, testing, and validation activities at customer sites.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and customer sign-off processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support during project implementation and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Deliver customer training on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams during pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and customer presentations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project management standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Application Engineering, Industrial Automation, Machine Vision, Inspection Systems, or related fields.
- Experience managing technical projects within manufacturing or industrial automation environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial production processes, quality inspection systems, and automation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Vision solutions, including cameras, optics, lighting systems, sensors, and vision software.
- Familiarity with PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and automation integration is highly desirable.
- Experience in industries such as Automotive, Electronics, Solar, Glass, Packaging, Metals, Paper, Film, or General Manufacturing is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required to support project activities.
