شركة YO IT Consulting تبحث عن خبير محاسبة (Accountant Expert) للعمل عن بُعد، ومقرها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستساهم في تدريب أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي من الجيل التالي من خلال تقديم خبراتك المالية وتحليل البيانات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتفسير بيانات التسويق والبيانات المالية المعقدة لتحديد الاتجاهات والرؤى الرئيسية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ معايير وأطر موحدة لدعم تدريب وتقييم نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي باستخدام المعرفة المتخصصة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان دقة المحاسبة والامتثال في مشاريع التكنولوجيا المبتكرة.
- تقديم إرشادات متخصصة حول مبادئ المحاسبة للمساهمة في تطوير النماذج وعمليات التحقق من البيانات.
- توثيق النتائج والتوصيات وإبلاغها بوضوح من خلال مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية استثنائية.
- مراقبة أفضل الممارسات في المجال باستمرار ودمجها في المشاريع الجارية.
- دعم فريق العميل في تحسين الاستراتيجيات المبنية على البيانات من خلال تقديم رؤى محاسبية قابلة للتطبيق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أدوار محاسبية.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- خبرة مثبتة في تحليل البيانات وتطبيق المعرفة المحاسبية لحل المشكلات المعقدة.
- القدرة على إنشاء معايير وأطر منظمة للتحليل الكمي والنوعي.
- الراحة في العمل عن بُعد ضمن بيئة تعاونية وسريعة الوتيرة.
- قدرة واضحة على التفكير النقدي وحل المشكلات بشكل مستقل.
- يفضل خبرة مهنية إجمالية تزيد عن 7 سنوات في بيئات محاسبية متنوعة.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل مع أو دعم تطوير نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو المشاريع التكنولوجية ذات الصلة.
- يفضل الشهادات المتقدمة في المحاسبة أو المالية (مثل CPA أو CMA).

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex marketing and financial data to identify key trends and insights.
- Develop and implement standardized rubrics and frameworks to support AI model training and evaluation using domain knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance within innovative technology projects.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting principles to inform model development and data validation processes.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Continuously monitor industry best practices and integrate them into ongoing projects.
- Support the customer's team in refining data-driven strategies by offering actionable accounting insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience analyzing data and applying accounting knowledge to solve complex problems.
- Ability to create structured rubrics and frameworks for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and independent problem-solving.
- 7+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in diverse accounting environments.
- Experience working with or supporting AI model development or related technology projects.
- Advanced certifications in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA).
