Role Description The Barista role at Dunkin KSA in Dammam is a full-time, on-site position focused on preparing high-quality coffee and beverage orders, as well as basic food items, according to brand standards and recipes. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating coffee machines and other equipment, maintaining product quality and presentation, and ensuring the work area remains clean and stocked. The Barista greets guests, answers questions about menu items, and handles payments accurately while following hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures. The role involves collaborating with team members, supporting efficient store operations, and contributing to a positive guest experience during all shifts.

• Barista and Food Preparation skills to prepare beverages and food items consistently, safely, and in line with Dunkin standards.
• Clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, coordinate with team members, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail during busy periods.
• Basic math skills and cash-handling accuracy for operating the point-of-sale system and managing transactions.
