تسعى شركة Trouw Nutrition (إحدى شركات Skretting، التابعة لـ Nutreco) إلى تعيين Technical Specialist - Marine & Shrimp في المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستكون خبيراً تقنياً موثوقاً يدعم صحة الروبيان والأسماك البحرية في الشرق الأوسط، ويترجم الحلول المتطورة إلى نتائج عملية على مستوى المزارع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كمرجع تقني لدعم عملاء الروبيان والأسماك البحرية في الشرق الأوسط.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مديري الحسابات الرئيسيين لتقديم دعم تقني وتجاري متكامل للعملاء الرئيسيين.
- الترويج لاستخدام الأعلاف الوظيفية وحلول الصحة من الجيل التالي.
- تشخيص التحديات في المزارع وتحويل النتائج إلى توصيات عملية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تقديم تدريبات تقنية وورش عمل وأنشطة تواصل مع العملاء لبناء الثقة والقدرات طويلة المدى.
- المساهمة في استراتيجية نمو أعمال الاستزراع المائي، خاصة الروبيان، من خلال التموضع التقني القوي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير أو دكتوراه في صحة الحيوانات المائية، أو العلوم البيطرية، أو علوم المصايد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية في أنظمة إنتاج الروبيان و/أو الأسماك البحرية.
- فهم أنظمة الاستزراع المائي في المياه الدافئة وعالية الملوحة المناسبة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- الإلمام بالأعلاف الوظيفية والإضافات (مثل البروبيوتيك، محفزات المناعة، الأحماض العضوية).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة مع القدرة على التأثير على العملاء والفرق الداخلية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتُعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
- الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة 40% تقريباً عبر المنطقة.

What You’ll Do
As the Technical Specialist - Aquaculture, you will be the go-to expert supporting customers from hatchery through grow-out, ensuring optimal performance and production outcomes.
- Serve as the technical authority, supporting shrimp and marine fish customers across the Middle East.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers to provide integrated technical and commercial support to key customers
- Drive adoption of functional feeds and next-generation health solutions
- Diagnose on-farm challenges and translate findings into practical, results-driven recommendations
- Deliver technical trainings, workshops, and customer engagements, building trust and long-term capability
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the aquaculture business, particularly shrimp, through strong technical positioning
You are a technically strong aquaculture professional with a passion for translating science into customer value.
- MSc or PhD in Aquatic Animal Health, Veterinary Science, Fisheries Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience working with shrimp and/or marine fish production systems
- Understanding of warm-water and high-salinity aquaculture systems relevant to the Middle East
- Familiarity with functional feeds and additives (probiotics, immunostimulants, organic acids)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence customers and internal teams
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel (~40%) across the region
- A full-time position (40 hours/week) in an international, dynamic environment.
