About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Mindrift. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights that support our strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and clinical research to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize our digital mental health solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven innovation, and an understanding of the mental health industry. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, ideally within healthcare, technology, or mental health sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to user engagement, clinical outcomes, and product performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and patterns that can inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and technical teams to design experiments and evaluate new features.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
