شركة Pronto AI، الرائدة عالميًا في تسويق تقنيات المركبات ذاتية القيادة (AV)، تبحث عن مهندس ميداني (Field Engineer) للعمل في موقع تعدين داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور تركيب وضبط وصيانة أنظمة التشغيل الذاتي على المعدات الثقيلة، مع العمل الميداني في بيئة صناعية خارجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التركيب والنشر: تنفيذ التركيب الميداني لحلول برامج وأجهزة Pronto، بما يشمل أنظمة الاستشعار ومجموعات DBW وتكامل الطاقة وواجهات المركبات.
- التركيب الميداني للمعدات الطرفية مثل محطات الشبكة وأنظمة البوابات والبنية التحتية المكتبية.
- إجراء معايرات واختبارات تحقق لضمان مطابقة التركيبات للمعايير التشغيلية.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والعملاء لضمان توافق النشر الميداني مع المواصفات وأفضل الممارسات، والمشاركة في مشاريع البحث والتطوير.
- الصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء: تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الدورية للحفاظ على سلامة الأنظمة وموثوقيتها وأدائها طويل المدى.
- مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المعدات وتحديد علامات التآكل أو التدهور أو التأثيرات البيئية.
- تشخيص وإصلاح مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج والاتصال في الميدان باستخدام أدوات التشخيص والسجلات لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الحلول بأقل وقت تعطل.
- إبلاغ فرق الهندسة بالنتائج بشكل واضح لتحليل أعمق وتحسين مستمر.
- دعم العملاء الميداني: تمثيل الشركة أثناء الزيارات الميدانية مع الحفاظ على تواصل مهني وسريع الاستجابة مع موظفي العميل.
- تقديم تدريب أساسي لموظفي العميل عند الحاجة.
- توثيق جميع أنشطة الخدمة والتحديثات والمشكلات باستخدام أدوات التذاكر الداخلية وأنظمة CRM.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في الخدمة الميدانية أو إلكترونيات السيارات أو الميكاترونكس أو دور دعم فني مماثل.
- إلمام قوي بأنظمة المركبات (الطاقة، ناقل CAN، المستشعرات، وحدات التحكم الإلكتروني).
- القدرة على قراءة مخططات الأسلاك والرسومات التخطيطية واتباع الوثائق الفنية.
- الراحة في العمل المستقل في بيئات ميدانية مع إشراف محدود.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- هذا الدور ميداني في موقع تعدين في السعودية مع نظام دوام تناوبي (مثال: أسبوعان في الموقع يتبعهما أسبوع إجازة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الكفاءة في استخدام الأدوات اليدوية وأجهزة التشخيص وأدوات الاختبار الكهربائية.
- فهم أنظمة المركبات وعملها (CAN bus، ECUs، إلخ).
- قراءة وفهم المخططات والوثائق الفنية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- مهارات تحليلية لحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع الزملاء والعملاء.
- يفضل: خبرة في أنظمة المركبات الذاتية أو التحكم الآلي أو الروبوتات أو تكامل المستشعرات المعقدة.
- يفضل: الإلمام بالأنظمة المبنية على لينكس والتشخيص عن بُعد.
- يفضل: شهادة OSHA 10 أو MSHA Part 48 أو شهادة سلامة مشابهة.

What You’ll Do

Installation & Deployment
- Perform on-site installation of Pronto hardware and software solutions, including sensor systems, DBW kits, power integration, and vehicle interfaces.
- On-site installation of peripheral hardware such as network stations, gate systems, and office infrastructure.
- Conduct system calibrations and validation tests to ensure installations meet operational standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer teams to ensure field deployments align with specifications and best practices, as well as collaborating on R&D projects.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure system health, reliability, and long-term performance.
- Monitor and log equipment conditions, identifying signs of wear, degradation, or environmental impacts
- Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and logs to identify root causes and implement fixes with minimal downtime.
- Communicate findings clearly to engineering teams for deeper analysis and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the face of Pronto during on-site visits, maintaining professional and responsive communication with customer personnel.
- Provide basic training to customer staff when required.
- Document all service activities, updates, and issues using internal ticketing and CRM tools.
- 4+ years of experience in field service, automotive electronics, mechatronics, or a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing tools.
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems (power, CAN bus, sensors, ECUs).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and follow technical documentation.
- Comfortable working independently in field environments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with autonomous vehicle systems, machine control, robotics, or complex sensor integrations.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and remote diagnostics.
- OSHA 10, MSHA Part 48 or equivalent safety certification.
