Role Description: Barge Admin / Radio Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in KSA, responsible for coordinating barge activities and managing all radio communications. The role includes operating radio equipment to maintain continuous communication between the barge, shore-based teams, vessels, and relevant authorities. Day-to-day tasks involve keeping accurate records of messages, movements, and operations, assisting with administrative documentation, and updating operational logs and reports. The individual supports daily barge operations by relaying instructions, monitoring communication channels, and helping ensure compliance with safety procedures. This position works closely with supervisors, crew members, and support staff to facilitate safe, efficient, and well-documented operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Radio Communication and Radio operation skills.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills.
• Candidates should possess relevant Military or defense-related experience where radio operation and structured communication were key responsibilities.
• Candidates should possess Training experience in communication procedures or the ability to train others in radio and safety protocols.
• Relevant certification or licensing in radio operation or maritime communication is preferred.
• Experience in marine, offshore, or logistics environments is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain detailed records, follow standard operating procedures, and work in a high-attention, safety-focused setting.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with documentation and reporting tools.
