Education & Experience (Minimum Requirements)

• You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in contracting with Saudi Aramco projects is preferable.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:

·        Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

·        Ensure all civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable standards.

·        Monitor site progress and report work status, delays, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer.

·        Verify site conditions and resolve technical issues related to civil and structural works.

·        Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials at the site.

·        Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

·        Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections, testing, and closure of punch items.

·        Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.

·        Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies or conflicts before execution.

·        Assist in quantity verification, material take-offs, and progress measurements.

·        Maintain daily site records, work reports, and documentation related to project activities.

·        Participate in client and site coordination meetings as required.

·        Support the Project Engineer in achieving project objectives related to schedule, quality, safety, and productivity.

·        Ensure all assigned works are completed within the approved project schedule and quality requirements.
