Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Associate role Tamheer is based in Dammam. The associate will support daily sales activities, including identifying prospective clients, presenting real estate offerings, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional materials, and contributing to social media and online listing content. The role involves greeting and guiding clients during property visits, answering questions, and ensuring a professional, informative experience. The associate will also collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, participate in product and sales training, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build relationships, and handle inquiries effectively.
• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing abilities to drive conversions, support campaigns, and meet performance targets.
• Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing learning to stay current on products, market trends, and best practices.
• Basic understanding of real estate or property management, with interest in the local Dammam market.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with office software and digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail when dealing with clients and documentation.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
