About Zamaa Imperial

Zamaa Imperial (زاما إمبيريال) is a Saudi-registered luxury oud and Arabic perfume brand with manufacturing roots dating back to 1990. We specialize in premium agarwood and proprietary perfumes, serving both retail and wholesale markets. We are now expanding our B2B distribution operation and looking for a driven field sales representative to grow with us.

The Role

You will be our boots on the ground - visiting businesses, building relationships with retailers and shop owners, presenting our product range, closing wholesale deals, and delivering orders directly to clients. This is a field-based role with full mobility, meaning your results depend entirely on your effort and communication skills. The more you sell, the more you earn.

What You Will Do

• Visit retail shops, gift stores, perfume boutiques, and other businesses to present and sell Zamaa Imperial products
• Build and maintain a growing portfolio of wholesale client accounts
• Deliver confirmed orders directly to clients and collect payments
• Onboard new credit clients using company registration forms
• Conduct periodic spot checks on active clients to ensure pricing compliance
• Submit daily reports via WhatsApp including sales, collections, stock, and client visits
• Manage and account for all company stock and documents in your custody

What We Offer

• Monthly salary: SAR 1,500

• Company vehicle provided
• Performance-based commission on top of salary:
• SAR 20,001 - 35,000 collected: 4% commission
• SAR 35,001 - 50,000 collected: 6% commission
• SAR 50,001+ collected: 8% commission
• Commission is paid monthly after collection confirmation - the harder you sell, the more you take home

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory - you will be communicating with a wide range of clients and reporting to management in English
• Some experience in sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you will be representing the brand in every conversation
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Honest, reliable, and organized - you will be responsible for company stock, documents, and cash collections
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory
• Open to all nationalities

• This is a field role - you will be on the road daily
• A company vehicle is provided strictly for business use
• Stock, documents, and cash collections are your full responsibility while in the field
• Commission is earned on collected revenue only - not on invoiced amounts
