We are looking for a Electrical Technical Office Engineer - Dry Utilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure projects, technical office activities, and dry utilities coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate designs, calculations, shop drawings, and technical documents for MV/LV power distribution networks, telecommunications, fiber optic, and street lighting systems.
- Review and coordinate technical submittals related to transformers, substations, electrical panels, and other dry utility infrastructure.
- Identify utility clashes and provide technical solutions for utility diversions, relocations, and protection works during project execution.
- Coordinate with civil, roads, and wet utilities teams to ensure proper integration of dry utility networks within the overall infrastructure design.
- Ensure all electrical infrastructure designs comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and applicable international standards.
- Support technical office activities by reviewing engineering documents and providing technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with utility authorities to facilitate approvals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Use engineering software to support design reviews, coordination, and clash detection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Technical Office Engineer in infrastructure and dry utilities projects.
- Strong experience in MV/LV networks, street lighting, telecommunications, and fiber optic infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of utility authority requirements and approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Experience with ETAP, Dialux, or similar electrical design and calculation software is preferred.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
